Clinic Manager

Jessica is the Clinic Manager and is dedicated to ensuring everything at the clinic runs smoothly. She is very knowledgeable in billing WCB and MVA. She is happy to answer any questions you may have to help make your experience pleasant. She also looks after, coordinates, manages and leads a team providing all aspects of booking, billing, and assisting patients.
She finds it especially rewarding to work with people. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, camping and doing archery.

Delaney is an Administrative Assistant with Radiant Physiotherapy. Delaney looks after booking appointments and billing as well as assisting both patients and therapists alike within the clinic.
She enjoys working with people and has a strong passion for health and wellness. When Delaney is not working she loves spending time with her kids and enjoys reading. She hopes to be able to travel more and is always looking for new ways to stay active.


Administrative Assistant

Jacky is an Administrative Assistant with Radiant Physiotherapy. She is the newest addition to our team and she is very energetic and loves dealing with people.
She enjoys helping people and has a strong passion for health and wellness. She assists with both the therapist and patient and lends a helping hand whenever needed. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends. She also enjoys going to the gym.


Maria Tawadros


Maria is a physiotherapist and proud owner of Radiant Physiotherapy. She has been practicing physiotherapy since 2006. Since graduating she has done many post-grad courses and is certified in Medical Acupuncture (CAFCI) as well as dry needling (IMS). She has also completed many courses in Vestibular rehab and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has a strong passion for helping people get better and recover from pain. She is keen on treating Chronic pain, back pain, neck pain and Vestibular dysfunctions. Outside the clinic, she is a proud mother and loves to spend time with her kids and husband. She also enjoys hiking, running and skating as well as traveling with family.

Ashely Smith


Ashley Smith graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor in Kinesiology (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She then completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia in 2012. Ashley has lived and practiced in Calgary since graduating. She has a special interest in Neurological conditions, concussion management,  vestibular rehabilitation as well as musculoskeletal injuries. She has completed various courses in functional dry needling, concussion and vestibular therapy. Continuing education and lifelong learning are goals that Ashley strives to achieve. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with her family and enjoying the mountain air whenever possible

Chelsey Hulowski


Chelsey graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007 with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with distinction.  Before joining the Radiant Physiotherapy team, she worked in a variety of private practice physiotherapy clinics in Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Alberta.  Chelsey has completed several post-graduate manual therapy courses and is certified in medical acupuncture (CAFCI), intramuscular stimulation (Gunn IMS) and active release techniques (ART).  She enjoys working with a variety of patient populations and conditions, and believes in working with her patients to come up with a treatment plan to meet their specific needs and goals, whether it be running a marathon or walking a block pain-free.  Chelsey believes in taking a well-rounded approach towards treatment, incorporating manual therapy techniques, patient education, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities such as medical acupuncture and/or IMS.  Outside of the clinic, Chelsey enjoys going to the gym, travelling, getting outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Anant Grewal

Certified pelvic floor physiotherapist, BPT, FDN

Anant has over 6 years of work experience as a registered physiotherapist in Ontario and Alberta. She has experience in treating all ages and fitness levels. Anant is certified in Mulligan's concept of Manual therapy, Neurodevelopmental Techniques, K-tape pro, Functional Dry Needling (IMS) and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. She has recently developed more clinical interest in women's health.

Anant believes in adding value to each treatment session by using creative and individually tailored care plan to aide patients in their recovery. She is fluent in four languages.  Anant loves her work. She is energetic and loves helping people through their recovery.

In her spare time Anant loves to read, paint, go swimming, travel and spend time with her family.

Bijish Sugathan


Bijish completed his Bachelor of physiotherapy in 2004 and obtained his master of physiotherapy degree in 2006. During his 10+ years of experience, he had the privilege of treating patients of all ages and backgrounds in various multidisciplinary settings.

Bijish has experience working with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries. His assessments focus on targeting the root cause of injury to rehabilitate and prevent future injuries. He uses a hands-on manual therapy based approach with appropriate exercise prescription and electrotherapy to aid treatment. Bijish also has a background in sports physiotherapy. He worked as a team physiotherapist for the Ajman (UAE) volleyball team. Additionally, Bijish obtained his certification in Functional Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, Acupuncture level 1, Modern Manual Therapy, Movement and Movement Disorders, International Team Physician course, Peripheral Manipulative Therapy and Clinical Neuro Dynamics. Outside of physiotherapy rehab he loves to spend time with his family.


Jessica Rizkalla


Jessica obtained her Bachelor in Kinesiology with distinction from the University of Calgary in 2016. She soon followed that up with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2019.

Jessica values taking the time to understand each individual’s story. She believes this approach allows her to offer patient centered care, tailored to your specific goals. If you spend a few sessions with Jessica, some expressions may begin to sound familiar, such as “Motion is Lotion”. Jessica enjoys working with a diverse demographic and has gained an interest in sport rehab and recovery. 

Outside the clinic, Jessica has been on countless adventures around the globe, feeding her passion for photography. She’s a strong believer in continuous learning and improvement, and that physical well-being is the foundation of quality of life. As a former competitive swimmer, Jessica has expanded her interests to hiking, biking, and water sports.

Maria Fernanda Martinez Medina

Registered Massage Therapist

Maria  is an attentive and charismatic therapist who strives to accelerate her clients towards better health; Her goal is to educate and provide each individual with a treatment plan suited for their specific needs and concerns. not only by reaching their wellness and pain management goals but to eliminate them entirely.  She pleasantly assesses the root of the problem by systematically using her knowledge  practices and through her in-depth experience with case studies of all varieties. She utilizes a mixture of relaxation and therapeutic techniques during her treatments. These include deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, Hot Stones, Cupping Therapy etc. graduated from Makami College in 2016 in the 3,000 hour Massage Therapy program. plans on taking extra courses to expand his knowledge.

Ryan Drake

Registered Massage Therapist

Ryan graduated with a 3000 hour diploma in advanced clinical massage therapy and is excited to continually expand his knowledge in natural health. He has certification in Cyriax frictions, a technique used to realign scar tissue to mimic muscle fibers. He also uses dynamic cupping to treat myofascial adhesions, increase circulation as well as many other benefits. Ryan believes in using an orthopedic approach to massage therapy, utilizing a combination of assessment, effective treatment, patient education and therapeutic homecare exercise. Outside of work he values spending time with his family, riding his bike and enjoying the outdoors. 


Aniya Shalygina

Registered Acupuncturist

Aniya is one of the newest staff members at Radiant Physiotherapy, holding Diplomas in Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture along with Diplomas in Massage Therapy and Reflexology from Calgary's Mount Royal University.

Aniya has also had the opportunity to study Auricular Medicine under honourable Dr. Lichun Huang, the world's number one expert in the field of Auricular Medicine as well as the use of ear acupuncture to combat stress and addictions (known as the NADA protocol).  

Pursuing her academic studies and traveling worldwide, Aniya has gained a deep understanding of how complementary health modalities, when used conjunctively, can bring on healing on many different levels- encompassing the physical, spiritual and emotional states of being.

Aniya's practice embraces the treatment of many acute, chronic and degenerative conditions with special interest in stress management, painful conditions, headaches/migraines, skin issues, digestive ailments and women's health
